Explainable threat signals
Deterministic warning records, suspicious URL-structure checks and clear limitations rather than silent “safe” verdicts.
Statera family · Web application add-on
An intelligent email security and AI assistant web application designed to help identify suspicious email signals, explain why a message deserves attention, and support safer review and organization.
Email-only scope: AegiDex Sentinel is not an operating-system, endpoint, network-wide or device-wide security platform and cannot guarantee that email or other data is safe.
Deterministic warning records, suspicious URL-structure checks and clear limitations rather than silent “safe” verdicts.
Size/type analysis without falsely claiming live malware scanning before the isolated antivirus service is admitted.
Tenant/account/provider scope, consent structures and replay protections are implemented at the source layer with production access still fail-closed.
Reported messages can be organized into explainable review states without allowing AI output to invent final authority.
Content-minimizing aggregate risk reporting is designed to reduce unnecessary retention of message contents.
Explanation, organization suggestions and support escalation are bounded by explicit authorization and security controls.
Implemented: security-engine foundation, customer webapp shell, Gmail OAuth/PKCE source foundation, provider-neutral boundaries, URL/attachment heuristics, reporting and support-policy foundations.
Still gated: trusted Clerk/BMC identity verification, live Gmail token exchange/vault, production mailbox ingestion, ClamAV, encrypted quarantine, authorized mailbox mutation, independent security/privacy review and commercial BMC licensing.
Those gates are deliberately visible because AegiDex should never claim protections or access it has not actually earned.
AegiDex Sentinel will use its own BMC application identity, subscription plans and licensing entitlement when it reaches commercial readiness. A Statera Security Suite or Tab Transcriber subscription will not automatically grant AegiDex unless a future bundle explicitly includes both product entitlements.
