Clear current extension session data

Use Clear selections in the extension to remove selected source/destination session state and clear pending in-memory transcription/PDF data. Closing or restarting the extension session also ends in-memory imported PDF/transcription state.

Remove locally stored activation data

Uninstalling the extension or clearing its extension storage removes browser-local activation/device information under Chrome's normal extension-storage behavior.

Request deletion of hosted records

If commercial licensing, BMC account, Stripe transaction, support, or other AceTech-hosted records apply, submit a request to info@acetechdigi.com. Transaction, audit, legal-hold, fraud/security, or backup records may require limited retention.

Removing extension data does not remove information already approved for insertion into a third-party destination website.
