What can be deleted today

The current Security Suite portal does not maintain a customer account, device-security telemetry store, uploaded-file store, or suite subscription dataset. There is therefore no Security Suite customer-content account to erase from this portal today.

Request deletion of AceTech-controlled personal information

For contact, support, commercial, or other personal information controlled in another AceTech system, email info@acetechdigi.com. AceTech may verify identity and authority before acting.

Legal, security, fraud, accounting, dispute, backup, or other required records may be retained where applicable. AceTech will not claim immediate deletion where the responsible system cannot support it.
