Universal policy + product-specific supplement

Statera Security Suite Privacy Policy

The AceTech universal Privacy Policy appears below in full, followed by terms specific to this Statera product.

AceTech Digital, LLC (“AceTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. A service-specific notice may describe additional practices and controls for the service it covers.

1. Information we may process

Depending on the service, AceTech and its service providers may process identifiers and contact information; account and authentication information; commercial and transaction information; user content; technical, usage, log, diagnostic, and security information; support and business communications; and other information described when it is collected.

Do not provide sensitive information unless a service specifically requests it through an approved method and explains why it is needed.

2. Sources of information

Information may come from you, your organization, your device or browser, an identity or payment provider, an integration you authorize, a marketplace, customer feedback, reviews, or another source identified by the applicable service.

3. How information may be used

AceTech may process information to provide and secure services; authenticate users; complete requested transactions; maintain accounts and entitlements; process user-directed content; provide support; communicate about services; improve reliability and usability; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

Where AceTech asks for optional consent for an additional purpose, such as identifiable Solution Intelligence learning, outcome follow-up, or relevant future-product outreach, AceTech will use that information for the selected purpose only while that permission remains active.

4. Solution Intelligence and Problem Intake

The public Problem Intake can be used in Anonymous or Identified follow-up mode. A notice is shown at or before submission explaining what will be stored, why it is used, and the applicable retention period.

Anonymous mode

Anonymous mode is designed to store the problem description, products/tools or approaches the user reports trying, solution recommendations, and later outcome feedback without requesting a name, email address, or account username. Users are instructed not to place direct identifiers in anonymous problem text.

Identified follow-up mode

If a user chooses identified mode, AceTech may store the email address and optional name/display name or account username the user supplies. Those identifiers are stored in a separate contact record linked to the problem by an internal submission identifier rather than being copied throughout the learning dataset.

Identified mode uses separate choices for: storing the supplied contact information; allowing identifiable problem/history context to improve recommendations; receiving approximately 3- and 6-month outcome follow-ups; and receiving a future message when AceTech creates a product or service directly relevant to the submitted problem. Optional permissions are not preselected and are not bundled together.

Recommendation learning

AceTech may use de-identified problem categories, solution associations, validated outcome feedback, recurring-problem statistics, and product-gap patterns to improve future recommendations and identify products or tools that may be worth building. A person's contact identity is not required for this de-identified learning process.

AceTech may compare its own offerings with third-party products, services, open-source tools, workflows, or other alternatives. Recommending a third party does not by itself disclose the submitting person's identity to that third party.

5. AI and automated processing

Some services may use artificial intelligence or automated systems. The applicable service notice identifies material providers and relevant content practices. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before consequential use. Solution Intelligence recommendations may change as new validated evidence and user outcomes are incorporated.

6. Service providers and disclosures

AceTech may disclose information to hosting, cloud, database, security, authentication, communications, analytics, AI, payment, customer-support, and professional-service providers as needed for an approved purpose. AceTech may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

7. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

AceTech does not sell Problem Intake personal information. The public corporate website does not use Problem Intake personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. A service-specific notice will disclose any materially different practice and any legally required choice.

8. Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies

A service may use essential storage or similar technology for authentication, security, preferences, or operation. The public website also uses analytics to understand page and acquisition performance. Analytics, advertising, and other nonessential technologies will be disclosed with any consent or opt-out mechanism required by applicable law.

9. Retention and deletion

AceTech retains information only as reasonably necessary and proportionate for the applicable service, transaction, support request, security need, disclosed learning purpose, legal obligation, or dispute.

For Problem Intake, raw problem text is scheduled for removal after 12 months. Optional identified contact information is retained for no more than 24 months from collection unless the user withdraws sooner or another disclosed legal or security need requires limited retention. Scheduled follow-ups are cancelled when the linked contact data is removed.

AceTech may retain de-identified problem categories, solution associations, validated aggregate outcome statistics, consent/audit records needed to document privacy choices, and de-identified product-gap evidence for longer periods where reasonably necessary to improve Solution Intelligence and document compliance. Expiring salted rate-limit records are maintained separately from submissions.

10. Security

AceTech uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service and information involved. Identifiable Problem Intake contact information is separated from the solution-learning records by design. No service, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

11. Privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; withdraw optional consent; or appeal a denied request.

Problem Intake users who elected optional follow-up or relevant-product communications may withdraw those permissions. Marketing or promotional email will include an applicable unsubscribe mechanism. Withdrawing optional outreach does not require deletion of de-identified problem/outcome evidence already separated from the contact identity, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Submit a privacy request to info@acetechdigi.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” AceTech may verify identity and authority before acting and will not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

12. Children

AceTech services are not directed to children under 13 unless a specific service is expressly designed and approved for them. AceTech does not knowingly collect children's personal information in a manner not permitted by law. A service intended for younger users may use additional age-appropriate notices, parental controls, or consent requirements.

13. International processing

AceTech is based in California, United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by service providers.

14. Changes

AceTech may update this policy to reflect changes in law, services, or practices. Each published version will display an effective or updated date, and material changes will be communicated when required. If a new use of previously collected personal information is materially incompatible with the purpose disclosed at collection, AceTech will obtain any additional consent required before using the information for that new purpose.

Statera Security Suite Privacy Supplement

Product-specific interim terms · Updated October 16, 2026

This section applies specifically to the Statera Security Suite product family and the current statera.acetechdigi.com/Security portal. It supplements the universal Privacy Policy above and controls where it is more specific.

Current release state

The Security Suite is currently an in-development product vision and pre-release portal. The current public Security surface does not provide a production security-scanning service, customer security dashboard, device agent, account login, file upload, or customer security-data store.

Current information flow

Cloudflare may process ordinary request/network metadata needed to deliver and protect the static website. If you contact AceTech by email, the information you choose to send is handled as a separate support/business communication under the universal policy. The current Security portal does not collect security telemetry from your devices or accounts.

Providers and future changes

The current portal is delivered through Cloudflare from AceTech-controlled source. It does not currently contain a production checkout or targeted-advertising flow. Future identity, payment, analytics, endpoint, cloud, AI, or security-provider integrations must be disclosed before activation for customers.

Retention and deletion

Because the current portal has no customer account or security-content store, there is no Security Suite account dataset to delete from this portal today. Requests concerning AceTech-controlled personal information may be submitted through the Delete My Data page or to info@acetechdigi.com. AceTech does not promise a fixed deletion period that has not been verified against the responsible production system.
